The service at Southern Nissan has truly gone down.I’ve been going to them for years since 2011. I went to get an oil changed about a month ago. I waited to get my service done and thought that they would tell me about my brakes this time I need to get them changed out. I was willing to wait longer. The lady comes back and tells me that everything is okay!? I asked her before leaving is everything okay?. She told me yes, you are good to go. I questioned it when I got home to look at my prior paperwork stating that I need new brakes to be installed because they were wearing out. I called and spoke with the manager Dave told me that he sees my prior check to the one today. They have a new staff and maybe he didn’t know how to read the scale for it?! They made a mistake and asked me to come back. I come back and he sees that it’s on the red. Now I have an issue with my battery. Which the paperworks stated it is in the green?! I called Dave and he state it’s like a lightbulb. They can’t tell me when it will die out. If the batteries tells you it is great it shouldn’t die out in a month. Took it to auto zone and they stated the battery is lower then it should have been. Makes me wonder if I got a oil change.
