Maybe because she is the receptionist and her job is to answer the phones, may i suggest next time you direct your request to a sales person for a test drive. I'm just sayin.
Chris I apologize that you were not treated properly by my receptionist. She should have paged for a salesperson to assist you. Her job is to answer the telephone and I am sure she was just doing her job but she should have treated you better and paged for a sales consultant to assist you. I am very sorry.
