Extremely unprofessional, discriminatory and rude. As an American citizen who first arrived in this country with no knowledge of english, learned and worked my way up into school where I now work in the banking industry, I referred my husband who is currently working hard to learn english and taking several courses to stop by this company and find more information as to what kind of jobs they offer. There was someone in the office who spoke spanish who very rudely approached him and discrimanted against him due to his current situation where his english is very limited. My husband went in a 2nd time to further fill out paperwork and the lady in this occasion completely ignored him, then someone proceeded to tell him that he could not do jobs because he did not know any english also in a VERY RUDE manner. Now this was not the way to approach the situation definately understand some jobs require english but there is no reason why you should speak down to another human regardless of their race, color or primary language spoken. If english was a requirement there was no need for them to make him fill out an application, taken all his information down, he could have been politely dismissed due to not meeting qualifications which would totally have been understod. Would not recommend this company to any employers. looking for employees nor people looking for jobs.
