I scheduled a pick up of some carpeting via email to be picked up on July 19th. Received a confirmation email and it stated to have it out before 6 AM on the 19th. Did just that. Still has not been picked up (7/25) and have called several times. ?

Unfortunately, Solid Waste incorporates constant pick up changes that prove to be unbenefical at times to the citizens of Orlando. I personally would call City Hall & inform your representative of your issues...especially if you feel your request is being ignored.
