Rude used car sales manager. Went through the doors saying “I’m looking to pay 24,000 out the door cash if that’s not doable then let me know so Nobody wastes their time.” Well after the sales guy said multiple times yeah I think that’s very reasonable. We sat there for an hour for the rude used car sales manager to come out and very aggressively question what is wrong with me for thinking 28,000 was too high for a car with the market value of 22,000. This is my 3rd time experiencing the same frustration with this dealership. I advise looking elsewhere.

After 3 days of my car being in service, they did nothing to it. They don't answer phones and they only apologize for the bad service but they don't do anything to improve it. He bought 4 new vans in 10 years. and the low service from 8% to 0%

amazing service department. they took the time to check out everything with my charger to make sure there wasn't any serious electrical issues, still got it fixed pretty quickly and even worked with me on price to avoid possible delays that could've been caused going thru warranty company. David, our Parts and Service Center hours are as follows: 7 AM-7 PM M-F, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM on Saturday's, and closed on Sunday's. We would love to help you with your genuine Mopar parts needs!
They all go through inspections before hitting the lot, most get up to 172 point inspection to qualify as certified its a must.
If your car is being serviced and your original contract stated so, then yes you will receive a courtesy vehicle for the duration of its time in the shop. I believe the minimum is 24 hours for them to give you one, however I'm sure they can work something out with you if otherwise.
Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14-day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise. As a company, we have also suspended all non-essential business travel. We are instructing our employees to follow the health, hygiene and risk assessment protocols set forth by the CDC.
Our rental and service loaner vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We have instructed 3rd party rental vehicle providers to do the same.
Our employees have been instructed to use gloves and mats, as well as wipe down the interior of all guest vehicles.
As difficult as it may be, all of our employees have been instructed to avoid shaking hands with customers or co-workers. However, our friendliness and care for customer service will not diminish!
Yes! We have secured extra supplies of disinfectants, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer and gloves for employee and guest use. If you are visiting one of our dealerships or service centers and would like to use any of these items, please ask.
We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to commonly-touched surfaces.
