we were looking to adopt a pet here they did have nice animals and we were exited to adopt. but lady in cat room was very rude and didn't want to help when we asked simple questions. we left empty-handed because we did not feel as if we were welcome

wow i have never had that experience and have interacted with many of the staff. perhaps send an email w the time and date of your visit and that mgmt will look in to it. you should make them aware so they can address this issue right away!

Dilly dilly! They do have pretty poor customer service here and act with arrogance in both voice and action. Try the County animal shelter in Millersville.
