Standard Panera but the cashier's ability to help with menu/technical deficulties is terrible. Definitely reflect not only on her but the lack of training from management on how to handle times when things don't go as planned.

Ordered my salad without chicken, waited 20 minutes for it to be made, got back to my office and had to spend another 15 minutes picking marled chicken flesh out of my meal.
