My mother moved to her Annapolis Brightview Independent Living apartment in August 2018 at the age of 92. The excellent staff at Brightview made this life change exceptionally smooth for her, and knowing that mom was in such capable hands 24 hours a day relieved a lot of our family stress. Mom, now 96, recently made the transition from Independent Living to Assisted Living. The convenience and reassurance of being able to remain at Brightview and to stay with all of her friends and familiar staff was wonderful for mom. I have been beyond impressed with the care and concern my mother has received from everyone at Brightview. From top administrative staff, to daily caregivers, housekeeping and maintenance, reception staff, dining, recreation/enrichment, physical therapy, the salon - everyone goes out of their way to be cheerful, helpful, and upbeat. There is always something interesting and fun on the daily calendar for residents and plenty of opportunities for important socialization. Mom is treated with compassion and understanding when some days are more challenging for her and, for that, I am especially grateful. I highly, highly recommend Brightview Annapolis and am truly appreciative for all they have done for my mother and our family.
