You may but you're better off taking the dog to a local clinic like one of the VCAs, usually with same day appointments. If it's urgent there are pet ERs here local, one in Columbia for example. Best of luck friend.
The SPCA normally doesn't treat dogs that are not turned over to them. Bay Hills Animal hospital and Arnold Vet Hospital are both well regarded in the area.
