I need to take my Siamese for a check up but do not get paid until Thursday. Would they see her today and allow me to pay on Thursday?

Don't call, just go in first thing in the morning because they are always very busy. Not sure if they will work with you because I've never needed to do that. It is what others have said, payment due after services rendered but it wouldn't hurt to ask. The worst thing they can do is say NO. It never hurts to ask.

Try no homeless pets on cassat. They do payment plans

alicia walker | Sep 12, 2018

They may do it. But I suggest you take pet in and talk to them at that time before they examine cat. As far as the place on Kingsley, it's 85 to walk in and they have killed 2 of my furbabies with incompetence. Charged $1000. before they would do anything then charged another 30. before they would give me his little body. Hate that place and unfeeling people.

Call them I'm sure they would be willing to work with you after checking your record's etc . I'm sure after you tell them her condition if itr really needs to be checked out they will work something out. They could take your card info so they could runì it on payday as soon as you call them etc. You won't know without the call. But most vets have been burned terribly before so that's a difficult question. They have worked with me before ask you never know unless you ask. So give tham a call and goof lucki But t remember their phone is very busy you'll need to leave a message with name and number for them to call you back and it will depend on the condition of cats your post record etc. They have a policy of payment due at time of service but may be willing to work with you if condition requires them to be immediately seen. If it's real emergency take them to emergency clinic over off of Kingdley Ave at least they will save their life and may be willing to work something out some

They have worked with regulars but it's not their policy. Anyone telling you to call them has never done business with them as they are too busy to ever answer the phone and will tell you theirself to come in and talk to them, not to call. With taking your animal in I highly suggest being there at open but you'll be waiting up to an hour simply because they'll be 30 people in line ahead of you when doors open as they are loved by many.

Just like any business payment is expected upon the services but if you've been there before you never know...call and ask.

Henry Bassler | Sep 12, 2018

I have to say no.

Nena Waldron | Sep 12, 2018

They have not done that, it is pay when services are rendered

Victor LaBrie | Sep 12, 2018

Best guess is no but you could call. Be patient tho, it's a very busy place especially on Mondays
