There is a monthly fee for the park and a free one day pass to try it out. Membership includes all dogs four months or older per household and you have 24/7 access via key fab entry. They must be fully up to date with their shots and males must be neutered. Our dogs absolutely love it. There is a dog washing/rinsing area at each exit which comes in handy when they get dirty (and they will).

The $10 keyfob is only for those with a membership of some type, otherwise they give you a visitor keyfob each day with the $12 fee. They are only active for the day just to get in/out of the gates. There is a dropbox for when you are done for the day to drop the visitor keyfob into when you come out of the park. When I started going several years ago our first visit I believe was free to check it out, just need vet records. I don't see mention of it on the website, so that might have changed.

Male dogs over 7 months old must be neutered to go inside the dog park or be in boarding/daycare. Females that are not spayed may not be brought to the park or for boarding while they are in heat.

Yes, there are a couple tables, a swinging chair, some hammocks, and patio chairs scattered around the area.
