There is a monthly fee for the park and a free one day pass to try it out. Membership includes all dogs four months or older per household and you have 24/7 access via key fab entry. They must be fully up to date with their shots and males must be neutered. Our dogs absolutely love it. There is a dog washing/rinsing area at each exit which comes in handy when they get dirty (and they will).
We have separate yards for the boarding and daycare dogs. Anyone is welcome to use the park, assuming they meet all of the requirements. And the park yard does have its own pond and fountain.
Any dog can use the park. You can pay daily if you wish. You have to show proof of current shot records being up to date when you go in the office to register, though.

First visit is free but you have to take all records...after that 10 a visit or 350 a year for unlimited access
