They open at 9am, but I got there at 9 and there was already a wait of 1 hour plus. What is the best time to arrive to get seen early so I can go on with the rest of my day. Great vet, but I don't want to spend an entire day there to save$100.

in the morning they put the sign in sheet out between 7 and 7:30 am for surgical sign ups and Dr's visits. But they don't start Dr visits until about 9am. So if you live real close you can drive over sign up and go home and be back by about 8:30 or if you live to far away sign in and go have breakfast or something. They also put the sign out at noon for afternoon visits you can sign up and be back just before 2pm when the Dr's get back from lunch. Don't cut it to close to 9am or 2pm because if they call your name and you aren't there they move you to bottom of list. But i live less then ten miles away and have signed in at both times and I go home and then bring my dog back with me about fifteen to thirty minutes before the Dr's start seeing patients at 9am or 2pm. For surgical drop off you need to get there at 7 or earlier sign in and just stay because they get them back pretty quick to prep for surgery. You can call them about which days are busier and slower.

They also put a waiting list out between 1130 and 12 and of you can get there and put your name on the list and be back at 2 when they open after lunch you won't have to wait long. You just have to go twice to get on the list. I was the 4th on the after lunch list and was seen by 215 and was out by 230

I have always had to wait, sometimes for a long time, other times...well, you must never know. I agree our is not worth waiting/wasting a whole day to save some money. Our time is money too. And after the things I/my animals experienced there, I was glad to leave there and find a truly better vet elsewhere. A place where the exam rooms are cleaned after each pet exam (potentially diseased animals), and where they actually sanitize themselves, and their stethoscope, and, no surgeries with doors open and nobody wearing sterile gloves or masks. A place that gives you Congress of your pet's charts, when you ask, instead of saying, we don't do that, or otherwise - they are your pet's records and you need them for your records more than anyone. Good luck, and no, they are not worth the wait - especially when they seldom do "real" and thorough, normal exams.

They're good, cheap and fast. Always worth any wait but you should call before going and if they say its slow go quickly because that can change fast.

I've been there all different times and usually there is a wait. But being open late makes a difference too. I've walked right in before on late days. Monday is the 7pm day I believe so 4pm is a good time.

Usually I attempt to get there at 8. They open at 8am to do surgeries so you can go ahead and put your name on the list. If you arrive early you usually only wait about 30 mins to an hour.
