Anything from business casual to jeans. Shorts and tee shirts would not be appropriate though.
Anything goes, even men wearing ball caps. I hate that.

Business casual was what I did. Arn people with jeans and collar shirts
I wouldn't wear jorts and a Molly Hatchet cut off tee shirt, but nobody seems to worry about it too much.
It's pretty open. I've seen jeans, shorts, and folks in their Sunday best.
