I have lived here for 6 years, in 2 different buildings/apartments because of a separation I went through, and I love it. Maintenance is great, responsive, and respectful. The office personnel is wonderful. Jordan and his staff are NOT rude at all. If someone there has been rude to you, its because YOU deserved it, probably by being rude yourself. People treat you the way they themselves are treated by you!

The management is rude and aggressive especially Jordan. I’ve been living here for about 5 months and 3/5 I’ve had no heat in my bedroom for 2 and brown water for 1. Bringing up any concerns either gets ignored or over looked. They always speak to you with attitude like you don’t pay to live there. Good location and the apartment isn’t bad for a starter but I’m the management makes it unbearable. Maintenance comes in even after asking to not come when not home. Could be better under new management.

I've lived in The Birches apartments for a little over 2 years now. The office staff has been friendly with my every interaction. Whenever I've put in a maintenance ticket it's been started working within 48 business hours and if they're not able to resolve it first time (like if they need a part or if it's a multi-day repair) they always keep me informed every step of the way. The complex is clean and well kept, I feel safe wandering at night. I would recommend The Birches to other prospective residents.

I lived at the Birches from 2015-2021. In the beginning it was nice until I began experiencing problems with cockroaches. Soon after I experienced problems with mice. There were holes in the walls that were just painted over instead of closing it up. The appliances are very old and outdated and the ice maker wouldn’t work in the summer-if it was very hot outside. The grounds look nice but the apartments require updating if they consider it “luxury apartments.”
