I would leave a 0 star review if i could. It probably wont let me leave a long enough review to list all of the things that went wrong at this complex. Don’t get me wrong the management is nice and so is the maintenance team, but they all (accept maintenance manager Ajay) no absolutely nothing and never get back to you in a timely manner and never know how to answer your questions. Our AC was broken for the whole month of July in the beginning of our lease and almost the whole month of June at the end of the lease. Maintenance wouldn’t ever be able to tell us when they would be ACTUALLY coming by. They would say they would come and no one ever came. Our dishwasher would flood with mucky water and it was eventually replaced after a month. You cannot get in contact with the office unless you try five times a day or go in person. The assistant manager couldn’t assist me with transferring units. Just got our final bill back and they are charging us for replacing the carpets even though it was basically mandatory for us to get them cleaned out of our own pockets, so we wasted $200 on nothing. Don’t live here. It’s not even cheap for the sizing and amenities. Plenty of better apartment complexes. Very glad we left.

The Amber is a great community! The apartments are in a great location for a great price. The assistant property manager Destiny was super helpful and friendly. The staff was amazing! I would highly recommend leasing here.

Staff is nice and friendly they take care of all maintenance trouble tickets quickly and by a good crew ensuring ample communication happens during the process. Ella was extremely helpful in my initial review of apartments answering questions and helping me find the right choice without pushing me into something I didn’t want. Ella and the Amber team are a excellent crew and helped making the moving process as smooth as possible in a stressful and irritating time already not even mentioning Covid. Highly recommend The Amber Apartments and her as your leasing agent!

Only good thing I could say about this place is that the girls in the office are so nice, other than that the apartments are horrible. Walls are as thin as paper. I could hear my neighbors all the time fighting and their loud music! We were in a second floor unit and they were downstairs! My apartment always smelled liked weed. Not even the febreze plug ins helped! Kitchen was very small and outdated. For the price they charge on those apartments they should really look into putting in some work. Once we asked for the deposit they charged us crazy prices. For example, the cleaning of the apartment and the carpet it was over $200. Their prices are ridiculous. Think more than twice before leasing with them.
