Looking for a Hybrid Auto Repair business is difficult, especially when you have a Lexus Hybrid. I am SO GRATEFUL, I placed my trust in TOS. From the first conversation with Rick, he listened and responded to my frustration of ownership of having a Hybrid vehicle, with care and understanding. When the first call came back of what I was faced with, they were able to work within the range of affordability (with a hybrid battery and inverter, you are looking at $15,000.00! New! I have a 2010 RX450H). What happened next, I can only say is something that I invite any and all companies and auto repair businesses to take notice. Due to the expert hybrid technician at TOS, he was able to detect a flaw in the placement of the hybrid battery that I purchased a year ago. TOS contacted the company and had them inspect their product. With great integrity from Greentec Auto, they replaced the battery (that was under warranty) of which caused the inverter to no longer function and the (oem) inverter. Integrity is something rare that you find in todays business model, a model that has brought down America's business standards. Integrity is what brings America to its greatness! I witnessed it that day. From my experience with TOS Auto Repair, I am truly thankful for Rick, Michael, Mitch, and the whole team for the wonderful partnership and work they did to help get my life moving again.

My 14 year old Honda Civic Hybrid was stumbling and the main hybrid battery was on its last legs. I found Greentecauto online and reached out to them through their Chat. Cindy, their battery advisor, informed me of the several options I had and stated I could take the car to one of their many locations throughout the U.S. or they could send a technician to service the car and battery on site. I chose to take the car into their Sacramento facility. After a diagnostic check of about 15 minutes, it was confirmed the hybrid battery was bad. The technicians installed a new battery pack while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. After about 35 minutes the car was complete and I was informed that after the technicians tested the vehicle, it was ready to go. Cindy kept us apprised of all events during these transactions and made several suggestions regarding battery types, warranty plans and payment options. Driving the 75 miles back home was a joy. I noted at least a 50% increase in the calculated mpg on the dash, the car does not stumble and all of the charging indicators are normal...not like Christmas tree lights on the dash. Excellent service, professional work and super people to work with. I only wish I had another hybrid to take to them... Enjoyed doing business with them. Highly recommend without any reservation.

From the moment I contacted Greentec They were super courteous helpful and did what they said they were gonna do. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my transaction. John in Texas and Ben in Portland are super super nice. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience.

We are currently working on replacement batteries for the Nissan LEAF. The LEAF batteries we do sell are more for repurposing projects.
