Love the staff here. I've had work done on by bow and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchase a couple fishing rods today and was very happy with the service I received. Thomas took care of us. Get this guy a raise!

It's ok but way to expensive compared to other companies, for a big name store I would think it would be cheaper. So if you want any guns or ammo definitely go somewhere else.

I bought a cross bow from them last year, 3 tree stands, 1 field blind along with many other hunting items. This year I needed more arrows and went by to get them while asking if they could sight my bow in at the same time. Their answer was no and could only do it if I bought at that time. I even offered to pay for it to be sighted in with a quick no from the guy. With all the money spent I would think they would take care of a loyal customer instead I was turned away. Last year when I spent 1200 on stands they were willing to sight it in which was 3 weeks after I bought it. I put my arrows back and went elsewhere to buy them. If they can’t take care of the paying customer I will no longer shop there. Bass Pro here I come. I do not recommend this store!
