Customer service on a Thursday morning was horrible. The cashier would not speak up and every time I ordered one thing she kept trying give me my total as if I wasn’t allowed to order more than one thing!

We got charged an extra $1 on the sourdough when ordering a sandwich. there was nothing posted on the menu that we would be charged an extra dollar. that's like 20% extra on a sandwich price. had we known we would have chosen another selection. manager was not around for clarification. we also got charged 50 cents for a cup of water without the cashier telling us ahead of time. we feel we got ripped off. the food and drinks we ok but they really should update their price menus

This location sucks sooo BAD! It's terrible how slow their employees work and the management represents the company. Hopefully one day robots replace them all to deliver the hard working citizens of America what they deserve. Good food at a better pace. PATHETIC!

Been going to this Dunkin so much in the many years that I've lived in Chesapeake. Love seeing the same faces that have worked here for so many years. Service is always fast. Great tasting coffee and good selection of donuts.
