Just recently moved here . What a mistake .. had plants and plant stands stolen from my patio the first day. They changed my move in date 4 hrs before my truck was scheduled to arrive. The unit they use for tours looks nothing like the unit we moved into . The patio was infested with catapulted and wasp nests .. had to shorten my lease to get our asap

The apartments are very nice with updated appliances and the outside property is well maintained daily, I have not had any issues with the front office that would be viewed as rude maybe short in response from them, but not rude. My concerns are with the inside of the property. The rugs are extremely dirty and garbage is in clear view in the hallways and stair steps. I am curious as to how the let new tenants view the property because it looks very bad. My guest who comes over to visit was completely shocked that it looks like this and we both hope it does not start to smell, during the summer months. I was also hoping for more interaction from the new management with events and also their vision that they have with the complex since they have taken over the property. I would hate for them to be in it to just collect the rent and let the place fall until a new management company takes over. The area around the apartment is very nice so please don't let that happen. I enjoy living here.

They NEVER answer the phone when you need them let alone fix a maintenance issue. We have had 3 new property manager since being here in the last 3 years. The retention rate is horrible. All I want is for them to pick up and fix the issues I’m my apartment. They only do it when you show up to the office. I want the old staff back. This new staff is horrible

TLDR: I would recommend the Streets to anyone! I lived here for a year with my Labrador in a 1br--only moved out due to personal circumstance. Above all else, the leasing and maintenance staff is what really makes this place special. The staff is top notch! I have lived in several different apartments complexes, and this place definitely takes the cake for most pleasant, most helpful, most friendly, and fastest-acting on maintenance requests too! I really enjoyed all the events put on by the leasing office, multiple times each week. They are extremely accommodating to pets and children. Unlike some other places in the area, when they tell you you can get a garage (even on a wait-list) they will actually follow through... you won't sit on the wait-list for 6+ months. They were unbelievably flexible and accommodating with me on multiple occasions and repeatedly went above and beyond what I expect of any leasing office. I absolutely believe that you will get what you pay for (and more) if you choose the Streets as your home!
