I stop Tebrey in passing and told him my AC was not functioning, he kindly stop what he was doing only to service it really quickly. Never seen nothing like it. I've been out here it least 7 years and NEVER seen a maintenance team so active!!! Kudos to Richard and Kevin

Tebrey came in an emergency to fix my AC. It only took him 10 minutes. Also the other two maintenance men Kevin & Richard do an excellent job as well.

Good Morning Mr. Bell. All of our apartments at The Rivers are fully carpeted. Our residents are responsible for electric and water services but these apartments are totally energy efficient and a green project. This does help to cut the cost of utilities.
