Our residents are responsible for electric and water services but these apartments are totally energy efficient and a green project. This does help to cut the cost of utilities. Hello Wesley, I don't personally live out there,but I have a friend that does. The rent is based off of your income. One bedroom, one bathroom all carpet except kitchen and bathroom. You pay the electricity bill and the water is thru apartment complex. They also have 2 bedrooms in which comes with a dinning area. The one bedroom dinning area is connected to the livingroom
