The park is decorated only for the holidays as far as I know & I am sure they must turn them off late in the evening.

I work mornings at Corner of E Bay and Missouri. I saw them doing a Great job setting up the lights during November. So yes they will be taken back down by Great City Employees ðŸ¤
I was only there while visiting, but it's temporary...worth making an effort to go see
