I would just like to say a few years back anything that was donated at the front door went out the back including a lot of donated money my wife was in the program and they told her if she said anything about what she saw she would go back to jail they finally got caught but one of them the main one still worked there they just demoted him if you know what I mean
I don't have an answer, I have an opinion. Bakersfield is not doing enough for their "homeless population". They just received plenty of funding to get these people iff the streets and in some type of permanent shelter. Im watchin very closely to how Bakersfield is going to spend some of this money to curb or combat "homeleness".
