You have to call and ask if they have space available And not sure about the new rules but usually u bring ur personal things or some times they do give u some of the stuff u need
Depending on what they have for homeless people and ladies. They only provide a year to sleep there.
If you are single. You call and put your name on their list. After that you call everyday first thing when they open at 8:30 am is best. Its like first come first serve type of thing. Make sure once you get in you ask your case manager how they can help you with stable housing of your own. You can bring personal belongings as long as it's a reasonable amount of stuff.
