My dog blue was in the spca in New Orleans on the westbank I brought him in to get the care he needed I told the people I was gonna adopt him but I had to wait 5 days so today makes the 5th day and they sent him off to Chicago

Did u fill out the paper work? A lot of people say they will adopt an animal & never come back. When i got my boy i filled out the paper work paid 4 him & wasnt able 2 pick him up for 2days, i needed to purchase a few items 4 him like a crate, new bed & new toys
