I don't like my new cat that I got from another shelter. He was found out wandering in the snow, but probably dumped by a previous owner. He is a senior with kidney disease. He bites without warning when he is petted. What can I do?

Hi Paul, We are sorry you are having this issue. Most reputable shelters and rescues have all adopters sign an agreement stating that if you cannot keep your pet, they will take it back. You should start by calling the organization you adopted from to discuss some options. If they aren't able to assist, please feel free to call our shelter during business hours for resources that may be helpful.
