I keep calling, but no one answers or I keep getting told to hold. I need to know how much medicine I need to give to my cat and if the medicine I was given was okay (on the box it says tri-otic is only for dogs). Please help me out.

I don't know about that medicine, but the medicine they gave me I gave my cat from a eye drops kinda tool, once in morning n once at night for two weeks, along with steroids same as the medicine, my cat had sinusitis they thought or a Cold, but medicine sure did the job.sometimes there short handed when they can't answer.
