The staff will be fine. As far as dress code, business casual is kind of the standard. I have seen people turned away in tank tops and shorts. They have never had a problem with jeans and a decent shirt; regardless of identification. I would be shocked if there were any drama by the staff or patrons. Just a nice quiet place to have an outstanding meal.
I would be hopeful that your experience would be without resistance. The staff is very professional, very helpful, and very friendly. I have to be honest, I do not know the staff's hearts and minds...but, with that being said, I experienced nothing but a great time and great food. The staff was diverse and so were the other patrons. I would encourage you to go...and have a great time. I hope that you do and that this meager reply has helped with your questions and concerns.
