I have had the amazing opportunity to live at Axis 110 for 18 months. I have experienced nothing but excellence from the moment I entered the leasing office!! Cullen, LeShannon, and LeeAnn have been exceptional and always handled everything with class and concern. Cullen especially has been over the top with any concerns or worries I have had, which have been very few. The maintenance crew is unbelievably Johnny on the spot and always with a smile!! Everyone is so professional. I am only leaving for a few months to help with personal family matters but I hope to be back soon!! I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Toured the Axis recently for a 2 bedroom and Cullen was amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable about the property and attentive to what I wanted in my apartment. During our tour not only did he answer all my questions but he entertained my son while I toured the home. He kept us laughing the entire visit. The apartments and amenities are very nice and the complex is walking distance from bars/restaurants. Thank you Cullen; you made my choice easier! 😊

Amazing grounds. Great floor plans. Amazing staff. Cullen was great and so helpful and friendly, he was so sweet and made sure everything was perfect for us and even helped us through some hiccups when he didn’t have to. So thankful to him. If you visit, ask for him!

They are hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever been in. 1. They charge you for anything, in rent there are many hidden charges that end up raising your monthly payment to more than $ 100 a month. 2. The maintenance and services are terrible, I have been here for almost a year and we have had problems on 2 occasions with the gas, they have left us more than 1 week without a stove without being able to cook and they do not take care of anything. 3. I have more than 3 weeks without air conditioning, thank God we are in winter but with the climate here when one day it is hot the air conditioning does not cool anything, I have asked to come and fix it 3 times and nothing. . 4. I am fined $ 50 for leaving a garbage bag on my door after hours and the cleaning in the hallways is terrible, there is always garbage everywhere and they do nothing to clean it, they only fine the community. I do not recommend for the world to come to live here it is expensive and the service is terrible. The worst thing I could do was get a contract with this property.
