Buildings are without power due to blown transformer and the block 24 is not taking responsibility for it. Residents are responsible for paying electricity bills and rents but not hardware equipment that distribute power to different apartments. Management needs to take ownership on this! Edit: Maintenance is very poor. I've been constantly calling and following up with leasing office (service ticket already raised) regarding my refrigerator but no one has been taking a look at it.

Talk about NOT move in ready. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Leasing office lies about fixing things or getting your apartment move in ready for you which is their job… don’t let them trick you into leasing. It’s like they didn’t bother to walk the apt before giving us the keys! Number of things needed to be replaced due to being broken dryer, fridge, dishwasher, blinds, doors wouldn’t close. Front door needed to be resealed, water pressure need to be increased, black widow was living on the patio in a giant web. Took 2 weeks to get exterminator out so hope you like killing your own pests. Empty flower beds all across the apartments blows dirt on your patios daily. Was told a case was opened with corporate but I’m starting to doubt that and will be reaching out personally as I never received a follow up. Maintenance is good but they shouldn’t have been in & out of our apt for days out of a month to fix things, ridiculous.

This is great apartment complex that has pet friendly park and kids playground and small businesses around it. Not too far from freeways and local shopping places, restaurants and convenient stores are near by. Managements are very friendly (specially Judy) and maintenance staffs are always ready to help, they even helped me on holiday. I felt bad that I had to called them on holiday but (forgot to get staff name) he told me sincerely, it is ok that I called him.

Nice and friendly staff! Property is always nice and kept clean. Never had any issues in the 2 years that I've been living here. I used my fob, but still not open. I guess its only monday tru saturday when the office is open.
I can't tell you no. I think it depends on what the individual did. I'm Not quite sure. But i believe if you talk to them about it,They'll let you know.

Great experience, nice people. Rent includes the pool and nice workout facility. That is all.
They are Under New Management now and have fixed all those issues
