I lived here for about 3-4 months and they have the worst customer service. The kids who play in the playground are disrespectful and hit a elderly woman with rocks when she complained to the office that the kids are destroying other people cars. Another reason is that music is so loudly played at night by neighbors that I can hear it. I really hope they fix these things up. EDIT; the kids also sit on other people’s cars and break them I really would not want to live here.

I have enjoyed living at Cutter's Point and the staff are all very helpful with you needs to get things done within your condo and to get answers to all of the questions you may have. I believe they keep the grounds up very well and are always working to make everything look nice.

I've had nothing but a good experience living here. It nice and quiet. Office personnel are nice and they listen to you. Maintenance fix things promptly and properly.
