I currently pay $1428 in just rent for a 3 bedroom. However, after all the additional fees, pet rent, and water/trash/sewer, it comes to about $1575-1600/month.
I don't actually live there only visit my Mother in law. I rent a three bedroom 2 bath duplex on the line of Richardson and Plano. It cost me 1600 a month.
