There are screams of agony and terror every single day at apartment 104 and i know it is coming from that apartment because my room is adjacent to their room and i can hear a door on the other side of the wall while im in my closet. And its on the floor and people come in and out of it. Also the upstairs apartment unit is somehow connected to i guess a basement underneath my apartment unit. But we live on the first floor so i have no idea how we even have a basement.

With all due respect, there is a reason most reviews are 1 star. The front staff is entirely useless. They don't pick up calls, return calls, or have answers to simple questions. In order to get any information or process completed, you have to get through to the office manager who is always busy. At least they're nice. But most apartments have incompetent front staff, where this apartment shines is with insects, water, and the law. Roaches are absolutely everywhere. You pay for pest control, yet you get absolutely no pest control. Further, water bills can randomly fluctuate, water pressure is astoundingly low, and the water for the shower in my unit struggled to get hot more than half of the time. Even with all of these, I would not be opposed to recommending the cheaper apartments here with a roommate if you're willing to deal with the little you're paying for. Except, Belle Grove contractually broke my lease and allowed for changes to be done to the lease without my signature or permission. Imagine, my lease got changed while I was paying for the unit on time without my permission, what do you think they can do with your lease? They take away your rights as a renter. It's not worth the hassle — do not live here.

Jennifer was very kind and accommodating. So was the other girl, but I don’t remember her name. The apartment they showed us was absolutely beautiful. The only drawback was that it’s on the second floor. My daughter and I will probably be back. I know the property is old, but it has been very well maintained. Very positive first impression all the way around!!
