People were nice, informative, place was well Kept and quite frankly Looked newer and better kept then the others in the area. The office staff did not seem bothered by my questions and that was different then what I’ve found recently- and the guys cleaning up the property were actually out and about and said hello to me too- so… yeah I was impressed.

Not worth what they're charging

Brayden and Jacob are the two people who assisted me with my move here and I am beyond pleased. The unit is awesome and the office staff has tended to all my needs in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more happy with my move into this community. The only downfall is package delivery, which has led to an abundance of packages piled in the mailroom, but they have just recently adapted a new package delivery service which I hope will fix the issue! 💜

Questions & Answers

Since this apt. Has two buildings does that mean there is a gym in both? Or one?

Amenities are shared between buildings. There is one gym. It may be worth noting that while there are 2 pools, one is a lap pool and the other is a general use pool.

The street. It looks like the street. Guests cannot park in the parking garage. They will get towed or stuck inside at best.

What is the parking situation like here? Is there enough parking spaces for each apartment to get two spaces?

Roche Scott | Nov 5, 2020

Yes. There are more spaces than tenants right now. You'll have to discuss with the office the number of parking passes you'll need. You can also purchase reserved spots for a small monthly cost. I pay $25 a month for mine.

How much for one bedroom?

That depends on many factors and changes daily. I suggest calling the front office to determine availability and pricing. When I moved in back in when they opened a one bedroom was going for $1250.
