I have been maintenance on this property for just over a week and they have no concern for the residents or the maintenance staff. They won't supply maintenance with water un this heat and they won't even order the parts maintenance needs to fix the problems here. Some people with small kids have gone 2 weeks without a shower because they won't have a plumber come out to fix it, another had watar in her living room for 3 months, another man did not have a kitchen sink for over a week. And they still have not even considered fixing things. I apologize to all the residents but it is the company not me..

HORRIBLE. They set the grass on fire with no consequence, shot fireworks at police and fire department (and had a sign up that said no fireworks) with no consequence. I have NO clue what maintenance does cause nothing gets fixed just patched. There’s dog living in my breezeway that’s getting aggressive and the grounds look like a landfill. New owners just like the old ones, they just collect rent and choose when to do their job

Yes the new manager that works in office is rude she doesn't care about nobody she does not interact with residents and sure don't get notices about nothing she treats u as if some of us are from the projects some people just feel on hard times and chose to stay here n she treats us like we r beneath her these apartments are not a good place to stay
