Brooke (designer) was very helpful in the process from my finalizing the fabric for my pieces and in choosing the right chairs. She is very easy to talk with and answered all my questions. I ordered 8 months ago knowing the time for the order to arrive. Lazy boy gave me updates throughout so there was no surprises and the furniture did arrive in the estimated time quoted. Length for product delivery was no fault of Lazy Boy as it was a supply chain issue (I.e. freights sitting on water). We love the recliners and they were worth the wait! Will continue to order from Lazy Boy in the future.
