You only pay electric and your rent...and if you get cable/Internet
On the building it says Second Chance Leasing and they will work with anybody but apparently that's not true because when I went in there to do my paperwork they ran everybody's credit and my husband had stuff on his background from 11 years ago and they turned us down it was not even something as a sexual predator or nothing like that it was just a misdemeanor and they still turn it down but they have prostitutes and drug dealers in that complex already and lots of dogs pit bulls in fact
They pay only water. If you can avoid these i would......
