Horrible customer service! 1. Put in hold mail request for a 10 day vacation ..no mail was held! My mail box was stuffed when we came home. 2. Rather then bring a small package to my door, the carrier shoved it into the lock box, with all my mail, clogging the lock mechanism and making it impossible to open the door. When I called, during normal working hours, there was nobody to take the call. We got our maintenance guy to help with his tools to get it open as the package inside was a gift that needed to be given that day!

Best customer service. If a line forms, it usually moves fast of course determined by patrons transaction at window!

How could a post office this size not have a package drop box or kiosk? I was surprised when I stopped after hours and left astonished! The USPS needs to modernize this facility!

Can't get package delivered to.my house. Last year carrier said it wasn't a valid address, this year she says she doesn't have access!!! Supervisor does nothing!!!

No delivery on Sunday, and Monday is a holiday observation, so if you didn't get it Saturday, it will be at least Tuesday!
You can put a Note in your mailbox and ask mail carrier for C.O.A. form. They should be able to get some for you.

You would need to ask the Post Master, located at each facility. There could've been a change in the address without the knowledge of the residents.
