The worst apartments. They charge us $700 for security deposit and said we will hand you over apartment in good clean condition thats why we are charging you $700. Once we arrived the apartment was in very poor condition ( the bathrooms are disaster,kitchen cabinets are in bad condition and Appliances are very old and dirty. Paint is cheap and sticky. Floor is uneven we complied multiple times but no help found the management is extremely poor the front desk lady is very rude her behavior is extremely bad. The biggest problem in these apartments are the trash. it’s outside the apartment doors and Nobody is coming to pick up. the smell the mosquitoes and small insects are coming even inside the house. I will never recommend these apartments to anyone Please don’t waste your money here👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Honestly they may be doing better now but have to go by what I experienced living there. The management team lied about charges to resident accounts. They NEVER fixed anything, just patched it up. The manager would make promises and never kept them. Too many people live in the units so there’s too many cars and not enough parking, again, it looked like the most recent manager was actually working on getting this place better. Leaks everywhere, slow response to maintenance requests. Some things never got fixed that I put in when I moved in… I had a 13 month lease. The apartment is so spacious and loved the floor but the other stuff made it unlivable and left as soon as my lease was up. The residents are trashy, literally leave trash everywhere. Dumpsters always full. I suggest requesting an apartment at the front, the back is always worst. Pool never opened either.
