This review is solely based on being a prospect resident. I originally reached out on 5/16 by phone and spoke to someone about a potential unit. I noted the current pricing showed on their website as if I was applying right then & she stated an even higher amount plus extra monthly fees that are not listed on their website. If the website shows say $15 in extra fees but in reality it’s maybe $50 in extra fess that needs to be openly stated on the website! The current rent market rate is already OUTRAGEOUS so people must be able to accurately budget for these extra unnecessary monthly fees. Yes, we are aware rates change daily but if so update the website daily. Anyhow, she stated she would email over a quote sheet, which I never received. I then followed up by their “contact us” option stating I called in but never received an accurate quote sheet - no response. So I called again on 5/17 - no answer. I called AGAIN on 5/21 hoping to schedule a tour - NO ANSWER! One may ask, why didn’t you just drive there? No, why can’t they answer the phone or actually follow-up when asked to. The last thing I want to do is waste my gas driving to a complex to get answers I could’ve gotten by phone or email. If I do not have the information I need before to decide if I even want to tour I’m not interested in wasting my time or gas. Secondly, this lack of communication alone is a key indicator of what a potential resident would run into & I am no longer interested. Everyone has different experiences but this has been mine & hope future prospects have a better experience. I only gave two stars because of how nice the complex is.

I wish I can put a 0 or even any negative number cause this place is the worst. The communication is the worst possible. I have never dealt with customer service as bad as this. You have to call them 100 times for them to magically answer. Even when they do answer they will hang up on you. Or they back talk you and give you all types of attitude. The disrespect that you receive is just bad. I lived here for only a year and it went from 1135 to 1511. Just one year! My sister has lived here for 3 years and it just got to 1300+. Plus the apartments itself has no much damage to it even when you request for maintenance they will never show. I put in a request four days ago to fix my sink and they never showed and I still have to wait. When I moved in, the unit had a lot of damage and I put in many request. Some didn't even get fixed. When I first moved in, there was this huge black adhesive that was stuck to the floor by the front door. I put in a request for them to come, they came said they would come back and they never did. I promise you if you come to live here, you will regret it. They don’t care about you. Genuinely don’t care. You are better off finding a place that is worth your wild. This isn’t the place. Management is the worst. Customer service is just as terrible. You move here you will do anything in your power to leave because the service is terrible. I will say it again. You move here and you will regret it.

If I could do 0 stars I would. These apartments are not worth the hassle. There is no communication what so ever. They will not help out a person in need. They do over charge for their mistakes. They don’t care about anything. They will never answer the phone. There is no management at all. They get frustrated at you for calling and once you get a hold of them they will hang up on you.
