Big comfy seats... That recline now but the leg rests don't like up right and are very uncomfortable.

Went to see Top Gun and their air conditioning was not on. Mentioned it twice and only noticed a change during the last 20 minutes of the movie. Sweated through most of the film. Ruined what should have been a fun movie experience. I got a message later that they knew there was a problem I don't know if it was just our theater or the whole complex (ac in lobby was fine) but they should have either offered passes to another movie or offered to have us move to a different screen and watch a later showing. Really terrible service.

There is NO parking for the theater. If your handicapped forget it because the only parking is so far away I would not call it handicap. The chairs were so uncomfortable, I kept fighting through entire movie. For $17.00 we should have been at least comfortable. Won't go there again. I still say it's too far from parking!!!

This was our first time here. We usually go to the Luxe theater, but it was National Movie Day and all movies and some snacks were $3.00! Buying the tickets online was super easy and it wasn't too crowded when we got there. We got popcorn, a soda, and ice cream for $11. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was a great date night that didn't cost us a fortune. We'll be back!

It's a new way to experience movie viewing. In theaters with this new technology you will feel" the movie. Give it a try. I've heard good things about it.
No. We don't because there is an online fee. Just get there early.
I think it's 55, but I can't remember since I'm almost 70 now.😁 Go on Tuesdays to Regal theatres where ALL tickets are $5.25 all day/night and popcorn is half off. The Theatre across from the Folsom Outlet, is everyday, less expensive to compete with the new theatres in town.
Yes
No. I'm still trying to find a theater in the area that will accept them.
Yes. Palladio recliners are a little more fluffy, to me both are very comfy but P just a little more. They also have annoying trays to hold food in addition to the cupholders and they make a brrr noise when moving. Also some of them are broken already but still comfy. I prefer the simple ones at town center
Palladio 16 Cinema does have reserved seating. They also have recliner seating in 12 of the 16 auditoriums. Those that have recliner seating are noted in the showtime listings by a recliner seat icon. In the same shopping center is their sister theater, Palladio LUXE Cinema. That location, after 5pm is for adults only (21 years or older). They have a full bar and lounge in the lobby area. They also offer a full menu ordered from Servers at your seats. Every auditorium also has recliner seating.
If you have the confirmation email on your phone you can show them that at the box office and they can print the tickets for you.
It is uncertain when the local government will allow us to reopen. We will post it on our website when we have any new information. Thank you for checking in and we hope to see you back at the movies real soon!
The Governor has decided to downgrade all of Sacramento County to the purple tier which forces all movies to RE-CLOSE starting Friday.
Yes there are two inside, opposite the registers for refreshments.
When looking at movie times that have DBOX Seats it will specify by saying "DBOX" on CinemaWest.com under the movie titles in orange lettering. Its usually the only orange lettering on the website.
No its not but the other one in Folsom is
Until 4:00
auditorium 13 has 88 seats available
30 min before the first show.
As soon as a movie is scheduled, you can buy a ticket. It is different for different movies. Blockbusters are sometimes a month in advance. Others, sometimes a week.
Yes. You must do so at the box office before the movie starts
Beer and wine sold only at palladio 16... palladino Luxe is where they sales cocktails. they have a full bar and host 21 and up after 5pm. Luxe serves food.pretty good too. Also Tuesdays they do $6 @palladio and $7 @ luxe
Fandango or Cinemawest for a minimal fee of 50 cents per ticket. Fandango charges more.
The site just doesn't use HTTPS. It's still an okay site.
Senior Ticket prices are $7.75 ($3.00 cheaper than General Admission) every day, all day. On Tuesdays we offer $5.00 all day for everyone.
Of course yes. But check online before getting there. Some shows can be sold out.
Theaters 1-6 & 11-16 have electric recliners. 7-10 do not, they are giant screen & Dolby Atmos.
I personally don't know but I do know that they have a discount all you have to do is call them.
We have tried Regal cards but they are not accepted. It is Cinema West theater. It does accept MoviePass.
No, they are Cinema West, they don't accept AMC gift cards, they do except Fandango Gift Cards.
I would try calling the online site or theater.
Yes, the recliners are like an automated lazy boy whereas the rockers just lean back a little.
There is cinema west gift card. Palladio 16 is part of Cinema West.
You can buy tickets for any show online through Fandango. It allows you to pick specific seats too.
