I have been going to this group for 10 years. Prior to the change from Bloomingdale Medical Associates to AdventHealth Medical Group I have seen a significant decline in the practice. The physicians, PAs and nurses are great, but they are not happy. Prior to the change, patient care went beyond what they do today, it was about the human in the room. As they are under greater pressure to meet the requirements of the corporate machine this has continued to erode. While the medical care seems to have not changed the community feel of the organization has nearly vanished.

I had an MRI on June 26th 2022 ordered by Doctor Pouls, because I hadn’t heard from him I called on July 11 and had to leave a message, which say they will return my call within 1 business day. Not hearing anything from him I called again this morning, and again had to leave a message. It has now been 3 weeks since my MRI. I hope there is nothing serious showing up on my MRI that could be life threatening? David Robertson

I always have outstanding customer service experiences when visiting the office. In the past year, I’ve visited more than usual. I visited twice this week to get a form filled out and interacted with Luz. She has a way of making customers feel extra special. It’s not just me, I’ve listened to her assist others. I receive excellent service from the time I arrive until I leave and with every interaction. I sense a significant customer service culture change. Keep up the great work!

I called this morning for a bronchitis visit and they fit me in same day. The front desk staff is quite friendly to me, but then I’m very nice to them... I usually have Mrs. Woodiwiss for my Dr. they fit me in with Dr. Bernardo with a few hours notice. I don’t think you can really ask for much more! I always get great care and I have never had a problem. I would say take the complainers with a grain of salt cuz it seems all is quite well here. Love the fish tank too=•>

I really don't know. Call them, the ladies at the front desk should be able to answer your question. Very friendly, caring staff and doctors.
They just changed to over from Bloomingdale Medical to Advent Medical. They answered my call this morning on the second ring. Keep trying.
I finally drove down to the office to cancel my appt. Dont know what is wrong with the phones.
