Purchased a carport online a month ago. Got an email saying it was here for pickup. Drove to the store and only one box of 3 were here. Store tells me other 2 boxes will be here next day. It is now 2 more weeks and 2 more trips to Home Depot and I still don’t have my other boxes and I’m out $1500

Full of incompetent, lazy, and rude employees walking around complaining why they don't get paid more. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. It took them four days to find an item that was pre paid and left on will - call. Every time you ask an employee a question their response is "go to the website. " Store managers are full of excuses as to why they fail to deliver adequate service but have zero problem identification and problem solving skills. If you want to save yourself a headache and value your time , shop somewhere else.

Went 2hrs before closing to pick a curbside order that was not ready yet, I was just trying to see if I could pick the item in store. Mr. Harold received me with open arms and gave me one of the best customer service I've had in my life, I cannot express my gratitude enough. Same goes for the young lady that drove the forklift to bring down my package, another gentleman that help us find it and Mr. Hollywood for helping us put that heavy box in my car without hesitation, amazing employee. I wish every one was like these folks right here. THANK YOU!!!

The customer service was Awesome in the appliance department. Eventho the pandemic is causing items to be delivered at a slow rate, the items that I needed were in stock. Social distancing was encourage and transaction went smoothly and all delivery details were explained. Pricing can be a little higher .

They sell wooden fences, plastic and chain fencing. They probably can give an outside contractor to replace or install fencing.
No, they only rent ramps for getting equipment on and off trucks.
Check with the Tampa Beekeepers Association
Right now, while they are so short staffed, it's better to just go in. I don't get why so many are umemployed when there are job postings everywhere. I guess they don't need the work? Idk, makes no sense to me
Covid safety procedures include all employees are wearing masks. Checkout lines have floor decals which show proper social distancing space. Checkout personal have a plexiglass partition between them and the customer.
You can do it with a sledge and a small pry bar however this takes considerably longer process that is if you have existing tile otherwise it wouldn't be required
7 I think
15 minutes equals keep the truck the rest of the hour. For sure.
