After 5 full minutes of phone ringing with no one answering at 2pm I hung-up. My question, could you have worse customer service ?

Right now, while they are so short staffed, it's better to just go in. I don't get why so many are umemployed when there are job postings everywhere. I guess they don't need the work? Idk, makes no sense to me
