When the employees use the proper recipe, you can't beat Little Caesar pizza--and it's inexpensive! But maybe this is the reason LCs in the Philadelphia area are so poorly managed and eventually close. At our last city site, we always ordered and paid on their app and gave advance notice of pick-up time--but it was still a long wait! Why? And recently, we can't even order on the app OR on the phone! What's up with that?!?!?! So last night we ordered from the Glenolden location, despite the mostly negative reviews. The pizza was ready on schedule, and the gentleman at the counter was pleasant and helpful. The stuffed crust pepperoni and the thin crust with veggies were not the Best Ever, but at least they were what we ordered! It was worth the 25-minute one-way drive. Little Caesar's corporation, if you hired enough staff and paid your "managers" and cooks better, necessitating the retail price of the products to increase, you'd have more professional employees; your sites would not be floundering; and your loyal customers would return, along with new ones. Personally, I would be happy to pay more for a skillfully prepared product and professional service.
