Food is so-so . The chicken parmigiana pasta had no flavor to it whatsoever. You have to really season their pizza to give it the flavor it should have already had

I absolutely love Pete’s Pizza pizza however this location is under new management and the service is horrible. I am not greeted with professionalism or a welcoming attitude. When I call over the phone you can hear the attitude in their voice and their is not proper etiquette in the way the speak to you. My food is not cooked they way that I ask. I have given them a few chances because as I have mentioned I love their food but now I am very disappointed and heartbroken. Please train your people and get the orders right as people ask them to be cooked or prepared. Take care.

Way too much and the onions and green peppers was to big. I had asked them to cut my onions and peppers small but they did not. Also where is the crust there was hardly no crust it was like eating a lot cheese with meat. The reason I go to petes is really because of their crust it has a very good flavor and I did not ask for thin crust so where is the crust. When I tried to heat the slices up it fell apart because of the crust.

I ordered my food at 7:40. It’s now 9:40. This is the worst. Still haven’t received my food. I guess they are so busy the customer service goes out the window. Wish l would have looked at the reviews before l order. Can’t say while l eat because my food hasn’t come yet. I know it’s gonna be cold. Got my oven set on warm because l just know how this is gonna go. 10:03. Still haven’t received my food although the lady answering the phone was empathetic the manager says he “told me it’s no longer in the store” didn’t have her decency to come on the phone to at least acknowledge me. People need not patronize this business and he will see how much customer service matter. So they got my money and l guess my food is secondary. 10:25 received my pizza and wings ICE COLD

I am just a foodie that check's how they food is ther getting a astrong 31/2 from me the food has changed for the better. But there delivery still sucks. I have found out that uber eats can get it to faster. Check them out for the fastest delivery i have received so far.
That i under stand i am just a foodie review person. I got to places a review them. The best thing you can do is keep the receipt. And go back to get that refund. They will respect that.
Sometimes they get so busy they forget, I'm three blocks from Pete's Pizza on 60th and Walnut. Had to call back to get my order.
