Phone is broken so you can't call ahead and they know about it. Then, when you arrive, they overcharge you for a topping and give you an attitude. Horrible.

Horrible little ceasers ive ever been too and im never coming back. Customer service is horrible no greeting no how may i help you only a dry whats your order? After i paid i didnt even get handed a reciept she crumbled it up and i requested a reprint. I never looked at the pizza until i got home and i was in pure shock. The pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. You have two choices shut this place down or hire all new staff that care about the customers. I just threw my money in the TRASH buying from this specific store

Everyone willing to go to Little Caesar's knows the importance of the Hot-N-Ready Pizza. It seemed to me, on the night of my visit, this idea was lost upon the employees. A queue of customers waiting over an hour, some fixing errors in their orders, others grumbling about the wait, probably shouldn't occur in a (fast-food?) restaurant that prides itself on quick and easy service. I can't say for sure that it's a common occurrence at this location, but I do know that once I finally got my food, it was as nearly as enjoyable as most other LC orders I've made.
