I ordered online the batman Calzony special which came with a 2 liter soda and cheese sticks. I added on to that order two orders of wings. One buffalo and the other garlic Parm. I went to pick upy order only to be told they were out of wings. I asked how do I get refunded for my money? The young lady at the front went and spoke with someone who said I had to request a refund on the app and tell them that store said they were out of wings. I sent three messages messages trying to get my refund for my wings and it has been almost two weeks and no one has reached out to me about my refund.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute trash. Order was completely screwed up. Will be advising everyone I talk to to avoid going here. Disgusting. My breadsticks looked like lumpy white carrots. Hot and ready? More like Not so Bready.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband ordered 2 Italian cheesy breads and my daughter bit into it before we seen all the dough spewing from every which way direction. Immediately called the location and the girl was rude and laughed when I expressed my 4 year old ate raw dough she then puts the phone down and walked away for 5 minutes! Store manager was nice for the most part saying I can bring it back and get a refund and 2 fresh new ones which I wasn’t worried about I just wanted them to be aware in case it happened again during the rest of the night. I then ask for the first girls name and SM then says she will write it on paper and give it to me so I have her name that didn’t make sense bc it was a phone call I just wanted to call corporate and explain the rudeness and the disgust. 5 minutes after asking for the first girls name she then came back and said it was Angie and who ever cooked used pizza dough for it and not bread dough. I will never go to this location or any other location for that matter this is disgusting and inappropriate to the little ceasers family!
