Firstly I would like to say the service here is incredible. Our waiter went above and beyond. That however was the only enjoyable part of the visit. The majority of the beef that is provided is choice corn fed beef, sadly not even prime grade. In addition to that, their drinks are overly sweet, the steak is so heavily seasoned you can only taste the char from that seasoning in between over salted beef, and the sauces were broken. On the other hand the asparagus is hardly seasoned and their mashed potatoes are practically the same you would get at any gastropub. For the price I do expect to have something that is of a higher quality, and a 200$ meal should absolutely not leave a bad taste in my mouth. I was very disappointed with the food experience. Save yourself the time and money and go to someplace like salt grass. Same quality for half the cost.

Fine dining at its peak for steak. Formal atmosphere and excellent service. Steaks cooked accurately to order, so tender that a steak knife may not be necessary. They ask if desserts will be shared for a reason: some are quite large for one person to finish, but worth every bite.

I got the Delmonico steak with mashed potatoes and veggies. Side dish of brazed Brussel Sprouts with bacon bits. Delicious! My favorite was not the steak but the III Fork Salad! I couldn't believe how good it was! The dressing is the BEST I ever had. This was honestly the best steak house I have been to. Expensive, worth it and you will not be disappointed! I'm from Jersey and definitely would come back in a heartbeat!

Really expensive and to be honest the food was not worth that much expense. I've had lots of steaks at different places that charged the same amount but the steak was much much better than here. Our steaks were served cold so we had to send them back.

I would say so. With you exception of the slaughterhouse aspects.
The staff will be fine. As far as dress code, business casual is kind of the standard. I have seen people turned away in tank tops and shorts. They have never had a problem with jeans and a decent shirt; regardless of identification. I would be shocked if there were any drama by the staff or patrons. Just a nice quiet place to have an outstanding meal.
Highly recommended to. It's easy to do online through OpenTable.
Dinner only. Get a reservation and cash in your stocks and bonds. Food and service are fabulous!
